His Excellency, The Right Honourable Daniel von Dreesbach Gagarin, Furst von Silesia, appointed Governor-General of Calormen by the authority of the King does hereby set forth and proclaim the following:

LET IT BE KNOWN that it is now Our will and pleasure for everyone to ignore this text.
