TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN,

On this Second Day of July, in the Year of our Lord 2004 this High Court is now open to hear and rule on all official business that shall appear before this Court. Fo the proper procedures to bring matters please consult the rules of the High Court made public earlier on this day.

All matters will be heard by the Right Honourable Sir Wyatt McIntyre, the First Viscount McIntyre of Lancaster in good order and decency as prescribed by the Mandate of this Court.
