Is there a Minister of the Interior, because if not does this not jump the gun a little, creating a bureacracy for a institution with no head?
My Lord,

The Minister issue is out of my hands - I've sent His Majesty my official recommendation. When I made this appointment, I assumed that the appointment of a Minister was imminent.

Sincerely,

Oldenburg
Thank you Lord Prime Minister, just wanting to make sure we do not put the cart before the horse so to speak.
