WHEREAS I feel the appointment of a Communications Officer will benefit the nation,
WHEREAS I find Ms. Rosalie Sluss to be loyal to the Crown and the Government, and entirely befitting of this position,
LET IT BE KNOWN that from this day forth, Ms. Rosalie Sluss shall be Communications Officer, and shall enjoy all rights and responsibilities thereto attached, until I or a subsequent Prime Minister deem it fit to rescind this appointment.
