WHEREAS it is necessary to maintain active contact with all Citizens to ensure their participation in the affairs of the Kingdom,
WHEREAS there is no established department authorised to ensure such communications,
LET IT BE KNOWN that by the authority of the Prime Minister, an Office of Communications shall be established with authority to conduct communications encouraging activity amongst the Citizenry of the Kingdom,
LET IT BE KNOWN that this Office shall be led by the Communications Officer, who shall be appointed by the Prime Minister.
