WHEREAS The Parliament, the principal voice of the people, has resolved that such a ministry is beneficial to the nation,
LET IT BE KNOWN The Ministry of Interior Affairs is created and approved.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin palace this Twenty Second day of June in the Year of Grace 2004, the First year of Our Reign.
