TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

On behalf of this High Court and with consideration for fair, speed and just trials it is apparent that thi High Court requires a capable and able clerk for it and it's cases. This is necessary for the speedy execution of justice.

In reviewing the names of citizens who can fill this role and properly serve in the role of the Head Clerk of the High Court one name stands out above all others and as such I wish to appoint Mrs. Rosalie Slus to the position of Head Clerk of the High Court, to serve with all rights and responsibilities of this esteemed position. This will take immediate effect and she shall handle all duties of the Clerk until further notice.

I have the upmost faith in her ability to execute the proper duties and functions of the Head Clerk of this Court and her knowledge of the procedure they involve.

Thank you for your tim and consideration.
