To all concerned,

As barristers and lawyers it is our job to resolve quarrels, people look to us to solve matters and to step forward and set an example to others and as such the matter of my presidency of this bar has been questioned as a onflict of interest for serving as the Chief Justice. The points of all concerned I can understand and yet I feel a heavy heart for what I must do. This Bar Association has been my baby since the inception and as such I believe it must be preserved without conflict.

Due to this fact I am resigning the presidency of this bar association and in the interim, until a new vote can be held I am asking His Majesty, King Alexander I, to appoint Prosecutor General Dennis von Arabien Acting President, who has been the longest serving member outside of me, of this association until all matters can be resolved. I will leave the matter of my membership to the guidance of whomever is appointed or elected the next president but wish to remain an honourary member as the founder of it.

I leave you with the wish of guidance and providence and my deepest wishes of prosperity for all members and for all that is done here and all ideas fostered here. You are good men and women committed and dedicated to the causes that are before you and it has been an honour and a priviledge to serve as your president. Be loyal to your calling and to the need for honest judicial representation in Hanover, with equality must stem justice in all that we do.

May the Lord bless and keep all of you.
President McIntyre,

We, acting in our capacity as supreme sovereign of the Association, saddly, accept your resignation.

Per the charter of the Association:

XVII. When the office of the President is vacant the most senior member of the board of trustees shall take up the responsibility of the office until the election is resolved.

Per the documentation provided by the Association, and your personal testimony on the matter, We observe that member Dennis von Arabien shall take up the responsibility of the office president and be responsible unto ourself during his tenure.

We wish the member McIntyre all the best in his future endevours.

Regards,
HM Alexander of Hanover
