WHEREAS The need of the nation for justice is paramount such that without the apparatus of justice the prevalence of evil shall be untenable,
WHEREAS We are responsible to assure the people of a proper judiciary where their grievances can be promptly, publicly and fairly heard before judges and juries with the power to dispense justice and other remedy as may be needed,
WHEREAS The constitution requires that all Chief Justice first be nominated by Ourselves and approved by the Parliament and both such actions have happened,
LET IT BE KNOWN Sir Wyatt-James McIntyre has been approved for the position of Chief Justice and appointed to same.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin palace this Nineteenth day of June in the Year of Grace 2004, the First year of Our Reign.
