You dont need to seek parliamentary approval for ministerial appointments, or the creation of ministrys. You already have it, you are the Prime Minister, all you need do is recomend them to His Majesty, ie. send him an email or contact him via IM.

If Parliament disaproved drastically for some reason, i am sure we could pass a motion of no confidence and turf you out of office! smilie

From the Constitution: "The Prime Minister may propose the creation of new departments or the dissolution of existing ones. Their creation or dissolution must be approved by Parliament."
My bad. I see it, Article VIII Section 3 "The Prime Minister may recommend to the King the appointment or dismissal of ministers to head each department within the Government bureaucracy. " and 6 "The Prime Minister may propose the creation of new departments or the dissolution of existing ones. Their creation or dissolution must be approved by Parliament."

Has interesting historical implications, I dont recal this clause ever being observed...
