Alexander, by the Grace of God of Hanover and Athenoi and Calormen King, and Head of the Commonwealth to our loyal subject His Royal Highness Duke of Brunswick Thomas Cutterham, and all Our loving subjects, and whatsoever to whom these presents shall come, greeting.
WHEREAS The Kingdom requires competent representation among the community of nations;
WHEREAS The Prime Minister Christopher D. Livingston has recommended our loyal subject for the important post of Minister of Foreign Relations;
WHEREAS We do approve, consent and agree to this recommendation;
LET IT BE KNOWN it is our pleasure to install His Royal Highness Duke of Brunswick into the position of Minister of Foreign affairs. Let all who receive him know he has full authority to represent the Throne and government of the Kingdom in all matters pertaining to foreign relations including recognizing and receiving foreign powers and appointing ambassadors as Our duly appointed agent for such functions.
In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin palace this Tenth day of June in the Year of Grace 2004, the First year of Our Reign.
