Alexander, by the Grace of God of Hanover and Athenoi King, Emperor of Calormen, and Head of the Commonwealth to our most loyal subject Christopher D. Livingston, and to All Our Loving Subjects Whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.



WHEREAS Our trusted Subject Christopher D. Livingston has served with distinction,



NOW it is Our Will and Pleasure that Our most loyal servant Christopher D. Livingston should hold the office and position of Prime Minister of Hanover, and that he shall assume that office effective immediately,



AND WE declare that he shall be entitled to all the rights, privileges and honors to that office attached provided that nothing is done contrary to the Laws, Statutes and Constitutions of this Our Realm, and that he shall hold the office of Prime Minister of Hanover until Our further pleasure is signified,



In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Gagarin palace this Fourth day of June in the Year of Grace 2004, the First year of Our Reign.
