I notice the constitution on the website has been updated, however the deletions are displayed with underlines. The only reason underline was used on the ezboard was because there was no strikethrough, the resolution specifys that underlines should be displayed as strikethrough in the constitution.

You are correct, and it was also noted that underline should be taken as strike-out. My understand is that they are considered equivilant and without legal distinction. I actually considered the issue for some time. In the spirit of carring forward the older look I opted for underline yet again.

It's easier to read with underline, too.
